Please measure, in centimetres or inches, around your hand with a tape measure across your palm as illustrated. The tape measure should be snug and straight, but not stretched tightly. This measurement is your “hand width” glove size.

I like the hand compression but the wrists are too tight. I bought 2 pairs so I can wear them both day & night when pain is bad but will have problems with wrist compression during the night, I think. I will see how it goes.
